The questions I get asked most often. If yours isn’t here, get in touch and I’ll answer it directly.

Are you currently taking on new clients?

Yes. I’m in a position to take on a small number of new clients at the moment. I don’t plan to hold a big book of clients. I prefer to work with only a few at a time and do a great job for each, building long-lasting relationships. Once my current spaces are filled, I move to a one-out, one-in approach, bringing on new clients only when an existing one moves on, so availability can be limited.

How quickly can you rank my site on Google?

There’s no single answer to this. Every website sits in a different niche, with different competitors, and will have had a different amount of optimisation work done up to now. As a rough guide, it typically takes between three and six months to start seeing results move in the right direction.

Will lots of different people be working on my account?

No. I intentionally keep a small book of clients so I can give each a personal service. Keeping numbers low means I can give a fair share of my time to every client to drive results, supported by a small team of assistants who keep things moving day to day.

Can I get a reference from existing clients?

Of course. I have strong relationships with my existing and past clients and a proven track record. If you’d like to speak with a current client to find out more and get a reference, I can arrange that for you.

Can you recover my site from a Google penalty?

It depends, but for the most part the answer is yes. It’s one of the most common reasons clients come to me in the first place. Perhaps you worked with a bad agency that got your site punished, or bought services that hurt the site instead of helping. As long as the cause of the penalty is something that can be reversed, I’m confident I can get your business back where it belongs. The best next step is to reach out and share the details so I can tell you whether I can help.
